In this video I`m sharing with you my favorite recipe for Bulgarian bread (питка).
It is a perfect sub for dinnner rolls.
Recipe:
2 Tbs vinegar,
2 Tbs canola oil,
2 eggs, 8oz(250ml) milk,
1 fast-acting dry yeast,
21oz(600g) siftet All purpose flour,
2 Tbs sugar,
1 Tbs salt,
1 stick of butter.
For brushing the bread you will need one more egg and 2 tbs canola oil.
You can also sprinkle your bread with sesame and poppy seeds and add some filling like mozzarella or feta cheese if you want.
