Simple and very moist carrot cake that everyone can make

Dry ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cup of flour
1 tsp of ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp of ginger powder
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/2 tsp of baking powder
pinch of salt
3 large eggs
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of oil
180-200 grams of grated carrot
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts

Cream Cheese Frosting
60 grams of unsalted butter
1/2 cup of icing sugar
225 grams of soft cheese
1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
