I will be melting pure silver 10 troy ounce bullion bars into little human skulls. To start, I designed/sculpted a simple human skull ingot using Blender. The skulls are designed without any overhangs to allow them to be removed from sand without breaking any away. I printed 10 skulls on my Elegoo Saturn resin 3d printer. Using petrobond I created a a simple open mold and then poured in molten silver. The skulls weigh roughly 2.5 troy ounces each.
