Pinty moved from Kingston, Jamaica to London in 1967 and by 1971 he was the MC and selector of the mighty Sir Nation Sound System. Here Pinty plays one of his records that he has not played for maybe 50 years: the tune is 'Big Big Boss' by ska trumpeter Johnny "Dizzy" Moore (1968).

Johnny Moore was a graduate of the world renowned Alpha Boys School in Kingston Jamaica W.I. that looked after wayward boys and had a strong musical programme. He was a member of both the original (1964) and re-formed (1983) band 'The Skatalites'.
