Sanjay Popat, PhD, MBBS, FRCP, Royal Marsden NHSFT/BTOG Steering Committee, UK, provides an overview of the British Thoracic Oncology Group (BTOG). BTOG represents healthcare professionals involved in the treatment and management of patients with thoracic malignancies in the UK. The ultimate goal of BTOG is to improve the outcomes for patients with thoracic malignancies through education, research facilitation and representation.
