- 4 cups glutinous ( malagkit ) rice
- 3 3/4 cups water
- 2 1/2 cups coconut milk
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
COCONUT CARAMEL TOPPING:
- 1 1/2 cups thick coconut milk
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
