Have you ever been a position where you needed to carry a full sheet of plywood by yourself? This is a common task in construction but for a diy'er it can be intimidating. While this does require some strength, you don't have to be weight lifter to do it. The key is getting the right angle and using your body to hold up the sheet. Don't just use your arms. Use your legs, hips, and shoulders to help carry the weight. Check out this video to see the right way to do it. This is a good litmus test on whether or not you have the proper strength as a man. Here at TM&TG we say if you can't carry a full sheet of plywood by yourself you have some work to do. Every man should be able to do this unless they have some medical reason not to and if you can't fix that!
