Judge Aileen Cannon, whose increasingly peculiar management of Donald Trump's classified documents federal criminal case appears to confirm accusations of bias in support of Trump, wasted more time in the case with an extraneous hearing on the constitutionality of Jack Smith's special counsel role. Matthew Seligman, fellow at the Stanford Constitutional Law Center, who argued before Cannon today, talks with Alicia Menendez about the unusual features of the hearing.
