STILL BOARDED UP? Try completing the Reunion quest.

This happened to me on my latest play through. The Prydwen didn't appear. I tried to give myself the Shadow of Steel quest however, that meant that the Prydwen didn't appear when it was time to dock. Instead I went on a lovely trip around Boston until I eventually flew off the map. Here is what you do to fix it and make the Shadow of Steel quest appear as well as the Prydwen.
