Recipe – Ghee rice & Mutton curry
Ingredients
ghee
rice – 1 cup
water – 2 cup
kudampuli essence – 1/2 spn
chilly powder – 2 spn
turmeric powder – 1 spn
coconut - 1
ginger – 1 pice
garlic -5 nos
whole masala – 1 spn
cumin seed – 1 spn
salt – as required
Directions
1.Heat ghee in a pan
2.Saute onion, garlic, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves.
3.Fry rice into it with salt.
4.Pour water into it. Cover and cook.
5.Cook mutton with chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt until 2 whistle.
6.Heat ghee in a pan.
7.Saute onion, then add mutton into it.
8.Grind coconut with onion, chilly, ginger, garlic, cumin seed whole masala.
9.Add coconut paste into the dish and allow to cook.
10.Sprinkle some coriander leaves and kudampuli essence, then allow to boil.
