We had our valentines meal a little earlier so filmed it to give you an idea of a three course meal that is low in calories and slimming world friendly.
I hope you enjoy this video and one of the courses gives you some inspiration for a date night meal.
Starter - Cheesy Mushroom
2x flat mushrooms
2 garlic cloves
1 chilli
zest of lemon
Slice of low fat cheese
Main - Steak Ratatouille with Rice
2x sirloin steaks
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
Handful of parsley
1tsp of paprika
1 lemon
1 cup of rice
pinch of saffron
2x courgette
1 aubergene
1 red onion
2 peppers
2 garlic cloves
1tsp harissa
2 cartons of passata
1tbsp balsamic vinegar
fresh basil
Dessert
mixture of berries
2 meringue nests
fat free natural yoghurt
Drink
Shloer bubbly
