This time, I made one of my favourite food Jeyuk-bokkeum (Korean spicy stir-fried pork).
Jeyuk-bokkeum is a dish made by stir-frying pork with gochujang (red pepper paste) based seasoning.
This is a very popular menu in Korea.
Try making it using leftover veggies in the fridge!
(Cabbage, carrots, garlic, green onions, anything is possible.)

(Ingredients)
400g of pork shoulder blade
1 onion
3 mushrooms
5-6 green onions
5 garlic (optional)
⅓ of carrot (optional)
cilantro (optional)
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
roasted sesame seeds
(Magic Sauce)
3 tablespoons of chilli powder
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of cooking wine
2 tablespoons of gochujang (red pepper paste)
3 tablespoons of oligosaccharide (you can substitute it with 2 tablespoons of suger)
½ tablespoon of oyster sauce

진간장 4스푼 (기호에 따라 양조절 )
맛술 1스푼

올리고당 3스푼 (없을시엔 설탕2스푼)
