Service Work meditations always involve working on either a Higher Heart or One-Heart level. In the last track you worked through your One-Heart (diamond turquoise light) – in the one that follows you work through your Higher Heart (rose pink.) It is easier for most people to experience and work with the rose pink of unconditional love, but both levels are equally important to master – you will experience why as you move through the 6 Service tracks.
Make sure to write down some reflections on your experience on the Higher Heart and One-Heart when you journal today.
In this meditation/activation: -
• We move into our heart energies – first the personal heart chakra (emerald green) and then the Higher Heart (rose pink).
• We visualise ourselves joining with all other humans on the planet in a circle across the globe, transmitting unconditional love until that vibration pervades every person in the circle.
• We visualise a crystal in the centre of the circle, and ignite it into an immensely powerful pink flame of love through calling the all-powerful One-Source Energy which flows through the centre of the Great Central Sun.
• We bring into our awareness the Christ Consciousness Grid (CCG) which surrounds our planet – a sacred geometry Crystalline Light-Grid – and direct the unconditional love energy we are creating through the central crystal and up into the CCG.
• The CCG ignites into a field of pink, crystalline Light.
• The activated Light-Grid beams down onto Earth, assisting everyone to awaken into a higher frequency.
The guides then explain that we can do this visualization as often as often as we are inspired to, without using the recording – and using an actual crystal. In this case we would:
• place a rose quartz, amethyst, clear quartz or selenite crystal in front of us
• visualise that we are sitting in the ‘Sacred Heart Circle’ of unconditional love
• call the One-Source Light to ignite the crystal into a flame, sending it upwards to activate the Ascension Grid.

The purpose is always the same – to assist all human beings on the planet, especially those who are still ‘asleep’ – those who have not started their awakening process.
