Aloo Matar keema
Aloo Matar Kheema is a delicious one pot dish with ground meat, peas and potatoes. I made this in Instant Pot. Stovetop recipe is included.

Ingredients
* 1 lb ground meat of your choice
* 1 onion, chopped
* 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
* 1 Tomato, chopped
* 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
* 1 tsp red chili powder
* 1 tsp coriander powder
* 1/2 tsp cumin powder
* 11/2 tsp Garam Masala, divided
* 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
* 2 potatoes, peeled and cubed
* 1 cup frozen peas
* 2 green chilies, slit
* 2 tbsp cilantro leaves, chopped
* 2 tbsp mint leaves, chopped
* 1/4 cup water or adjust
* Salt to taste
Preparation
1. Turn on instant pot, once it’s hot add oil, add onion and sauté for 2 minutes. Then add ginger garlic paste, green chilies and sauté 2 minutes and then add meat and cook for about 5 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and mix with everything and cook.
2. Add all the spices and salt stirring constantly.
3. Add cubed potatoes and peas and mint leaves, Cilantro and salt, add 1/4 cup water and mix everything well.
4. Cancel sauté and close the lid, select pressure cook on high pressure for 8 minutes. Set the valve is in sealing position.
5. NPR after the instant pot beeps, open the lid and adjust the seasoning and consistency.
6. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot with Roti/Rice.
For stovetop
1. Follow the step through 3 ,Add cubed potatoes and peas, chopped cilantro and mint leaves ,mix everything well and cook for 30 minutes on medium low heat. Stir in between. Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot with Roti/Rice.
