INGREDIENTS:
To steam the protein /assorted meat
Beef
Cow tripe
Cow skin.
1 chopped onion
Small grated ginger
2 pressed garlic
2 seasoning cubes crushed Into powder
Salt yo your taste
1 tsp thyme or rosemary
1 tsp curry powder.

To Make the sauce:
5 red bell peppers
1 large onion
Habanero peppers to your taste
Boiled eggs as needed ( optional )
1 cup bleached palm oil
2 Tbsp locust beans (Iru)
3 Tbsp ground crayfish / shrimp powder
1/2 tsp curry powder
Salt to your taste.
