In this video, Nikki and I continue cycling up the Breton coast, enjoying frites, gelato, Kouign Amman, crepes en route. Whilst the title on the thumbnail for this video is slightly tongue in cheek, in fact riding lots and eating 'real food' rather than bars and gels is exactly the kind of training I need for the big bikepacking races I'm doing.

The Finisterre coast was so beautiful - wild and empty with incredible beaches; I can't wait to go back.
