I've been training for only a couple of months, but my dedication is high and my gains are great. You'll hear me say it in the video, but I'm 145lbs and lifting 112.5lbs then 115lbs breaking my record twice in one go. I've done that a lot, I started at like 65lbs, and after I did this, with the camera off, I did 120lbs with both arms as well. 25lbs more to go and I will literally be holding my body weight with one hand. I'm ready for my first professional supermatch.
