Folklorist Noritake Kanzaki explains the connection of sake with Shinto rituals and folktales in this installment of the Sake Culture Course series. Mr. Kanzaki highlights the role of sake as the "Drink of the Gods", sake drinking ceremonies, such as the San-San-Ku-Do ceremony, and gives an overview of the Toya system in relation to sake ritual.
