Samuel Hope performs “Running Circles” live in one take at “El Kaos” in Villanueva Del Rosario, Spain on November 8th 2019.

This is the first of my new series of live-in-one-take video performances, filmed in remote spots around the globe in collaboration with independent filmmakers. For this video, filmmaker Andrei Stefan Balog and I hiked with all our gear up to the top of a popular sport climbing area in Southern Spain in 3°C/37°F temperatures to get the perfect shot. Being the perfectionists we are, it was actually the second time we did it as we weren’t satisfied with the results of round one. The hardest part was probably keeping our fingers warm between takes and trying not to shiver on camera. But the result was absolutely worth it. We got one great continuous performance, the view was amazing, and we didn’t freeze to death...or fall off the mountain. We’re really excited to share our first collaboration. Hope you enjoy it!
