Well I certainly earn the channel title "Video Game Esoterica" with this series! lolol
Here comes the NEC PC-FX! The failed successor console to the NEC PC Engine. It absolutely bombed when it was released and is probably the worst follow up to a successful console sales wise that has ever been introduced... retro gaming fail!
But that doesn't mean it doesn't have good games!
Up Next : Ruruli Ra Rura! It's a mouthful of a title which I probably badly pronounced in the intro of the video! It's an...interesting game....basically it plays like a Metroidvania game (which is awesome) but it's probably the ugliest game I have seen coming out of 1998. If you can look past the terrible graphics it's a super fun and interesting action adventure game that's definitely worth checking out if you like Metroidvanias. Oh and it has the catchiest intro song I've EVER heard in gaming!
