Heard that jujube (red dates) tea can be used for better sleep? According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, red dates can calm our mind, so it is indeed often used for better sleep. However, it is not necessarily suitable for all people who have sleep issues.

In this video, I shared three jujube tea recipes and explained which may and may not suit you. I also explained which jujube tea recipes on the internet might be not suitable for sleep.
