In todays session, I am working with my college goalkeepers on long range shots from multiple angles.

For that weekend of games, our scouting report mentioned that the 2 teams we would be facing had a tendency of driving the ball down the field and shooting from outside the box. So, I put together a session that would give my goalkeepers those looks, while at the same time, working on recovery movements as well. This session was 4 days out from game day, so I wanted to add a second shot so that they'd get some extra fitness in to keep them sharp!
