Joseph E Tudisco Is a police officer who can’t hold his composure an assaults a citizen for flipping him the bird. I’ve aways believed that assaulting someone was a crime. Flipping someone the bird especially police is not a crime, it is your god given right under the First Amendment of the United States Constitution - Freedom Of Speech, he then violates his Department’s Policy by not giving his name and badge # when asked for by a member of the public. Joseph has a lawsuit history for violating Citizens Constitutional Rights, he needs to be fired. He broke his sworn in Oath to Uphold and Protect the Constitution multiple times. Dangerous Piggy police officer here, violating Citizen’s Rights, please be careful with this guy.

He’s got a landscaping company(info below) please stay far away from this guy, he’s been harassing me for posting this video. He is an unstable individual with anger issues. There’s a high probability that he will harass a client if they are dissatisfied or had a bad experience with him or his work.
