The "Around The World" also known as a "Dip" will help you extend your body away from the pole and learn to use your body weight to take you out and around.
It's a great move to use to connect spins and transitions together.
* Inside hand extended high
* Inside foot steps about a foot width away from pole.
* Outside hand comes across the body at chest height, using a baseball grip (fingers and thumb goes across the pole, pole settles deep inside of hand)
* Extend body out and away, allowing body weight to take you around the pole, outside leg will extend outwards
* Step down onto outside foot, planting on floor. Release inside foot, lifting up.
