Tata Motors has launched a torquier variant of its powerful SUV, the Safari Storme at Rs 13,25,530 (ex-showroom Delhi). The 2.2L VARICOR engine has been tweaked for more power and now produces 156 PS of power along with 400Nm of torque which is mated to a new 6-speed manual gearbox, with a self-adjusting clutch which gives this SUV a more car-like feel. It also gets company's new integrated CONNECTNEXT infotainment system along with 6-speaker surround sound which is developed by Harman.
