Ta-daaan! You didn't expect this, huh? Well, to be honest I didn't expect it either XD In fact, I (re)started doing this after my previous video, and I couldn't imagine I'd be able to finish it in such short time! Anyway, this transformation is kinda messy, just think I first started it BEFORE Chibimoon! So, I apologize to all Neptune's fans... but I hope you'll enjoy the little touches I put in this though (I love how the shiny water column came out!) ^_^
And, I have to apologize to Saturn's fans too, since I said that my next video was hers... but it's not ^_^" Sorry! I'll try my best to finish her too! Until then, please enjoy this! ^__^
