This easy fresh strawberry milk is prepared with very less ingredients. Fresh strawberries are soaked in sugar and topped with the milk. This korean milk or korean strawberry latte is sweet, thick, and very refreshing. You can try making it at home with this recipe and you will find that it is more cheaper, without any artificial colour and better than a cafe bought strawberry milk. Here i have presented 2 methods of making this korean popular beverage. 1st method takes bit long time but result is so amazing, delicious and more deep, saucy flavour of strawberries. By 2nd method it has prepared very quickly. It has more fresh taste of strawberries. I liked both the version.
This recipe can also be prepared with frozen strawberries if they are not in season. You can choose any dairy or non dairy milk like coconut milk, oat milk, soy milk , almond milk whatever you prefer. While drinking , stir properly to mix everything and enjoy yummy strawberry pieces in each sip.
Any leftover syrup can be stored in refrigerator for upto 5-6 days. After adding milk it is better to consume it immediately. Before serving make sure that everything is chilled, this step makes milk more delicious.
