Chocolate banana wrap for school lunch - vegan
-Wrap / dosa - 1 bowl buckwheat flour, 2 tbsp flax meal, 1/2 tsp cardamom powder and a pinch of salt. Add water and make dosa dough and make dosa as usual
-Chocolate Sauce - 3 tbsp carob powder / cacao powder, 1 tbsp cocoa butter ( optional ), enough dates syrup for the sweet, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract . Mix to make a sauce
( Note carob powder is caffeine free and tastes like chocolate but not from the same tree whose fruit is used for chocolate. Cacao powder has caffeine but it's not processed and cocoa powder has caffeine and is also processed made from the fruit that's usually made into chocolate.)
-Banana slices
-Cacao nibs
