Earlier this month, “The Talk” host Sharon Osbourne, 68, stunned the world with a revelation that she tried to take her life four years ago.
Now, Sharon is opening up about her decision to go public, telling “Extra’s” Terri Seymour, “I have to be honest — I was kind of, like, embarrassed to tell people or to discuss it for a long, long time… Just recently, so many people are committing suicide that I've known… and it's like, ‘Come on, we've got to get this out in the open here.’”
She went on, “People look at me and go, ‘You're so strong.’ Yeah, sometimes, but a lot of the times I'm not, and I can only take so much. It's like a bottle of Coca-Cola you shake me up and I will explode.”
