Ingredients:
Moong or Arhar Dal - 3 tbsp
Chana Dal - 3 tbsp
Water - to wash, soak & cook
Salt - to taste
Haldi Powder - 1/2 tsp
Ghee - 1/2 tsp
Butter - 50g
Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
Onion - 1/2 medium size, chopped
Tomato - 1/2 medium size, chopped
Salt - to taste
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp
For Roti -
Atta - 2 cups
Salt - to season
Water - to make a dough
Dry Flour - to roll
