Enabling Slideshow is super simple. However, first you want to create a folder with all of your wallpaper that you want cycled. I recommend created a "Slideshow" folder under the Pictures folder. Once created, simply copy and paste (or move) all your images into that folder.
Open the folder that contains the images you want, and then select all pictures from the folder. A new yellow section called Picture Tools will appear in the Ribbon above the Manage tab; click on it and click "Set as desktop background".
Right-click on the desktop and click "Next desktop background" to change the desktop background.
How to enable short intervals for Slideshow
Windows 10 stores themes under different folders.
Themes that you've installed manually, saved, or synced from your Microsoft account are stored in the folder %LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Themes.
Navigate to:
C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Themes
By default, Microsoft Windows 10 hides certain files from view when you explore them on your hard drive. This protects important files from being deleted so that the system isn’t damaged. To view hidden files in Microsoft Windows follow me.
Make sure the menu bar is expanded. You can toggle the menu bar by selecting the ^ at the upper right portion of the window.
Select the “View” tab.
Check the “Hidden items” check box to view hidden items.
File Explorer will immediately show hidden files and will remember this setting until you change it.
Open personalization settings. As you see Windows create custom file in this folder.
Right-click on the file and select Rename and type the new name and press enter. Open file with notepad.
Now change the Interval key's value to 10000 (Decimal)=10 seconds
1000 milliseconds = 1 second
You can set the time interval between 10 seconds and one day.
Double click the file.
And here is the result, slideshow speed changed and pictures change every 10 seconds.
