In this video I show you how to do a test print from a Canon Pixma TS3150 or TS3151 directly from the printer itself. This means that this method can be used with the PC off or even if your printer is not connected to anything at all.
A nozzle check is a great way to troubleshoot print quality issues with your canon printer and check the printers ability to produce black, photo black, cyan, magenta and yellow ink. If you do experience any print quality issues I would recommend doing one or more cleaning cycles from your printer.
Although we have used the TS3150 in this video, the process remains the same for other TS3100 series printers, like the TS3151.
This piece of essential maintenance can also be done on many other Canon Pixma TS3100 Series printers.
