David Treleaven, author of Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness, shares the four Rs of trauma-sensitive mindfulness. This can be applied to individuals and organizations. The four Rs are: Realize, Recognize, Respond, and Re-traumatization (avoid). This comes from the National Center for Trauma-Informed Care (2018).
