The Antree Food Grinder attachment is compatible with all makes and models of the KitchenAid stand mixer and ONLY the following models of the Cuisinart Stand mixers:

Compatible Cuisinart Model numbers:
SM-50, SM-50BC, SM-50R

The instructions and description given by Antree is that the grinder can be used to grind meat, spices, vegetables, hard cheese, and even more! The Antree Food grinder also comes with two sausage stuffer tubes, so now you can make your own homemade sausages, once you’ve ground meat in the meat grinder attachment.

In this video, I tested out the fine grinding plate by grinding meat, black pepper, and also cheese.

I used the food grinder attachment together with my KitchenAid stand mixer. The KitchenAid model I am using is the Ultra Power Plus KitchenAid stand mixer.
