I love experimentation and diving into unchartered territory. I cook with wine all the time but I did not now how to cook with beer and what would be the best beer to use. So I round up a spectrum of microbrews from a simple larger to Belgian triple and all the spectrum in between. Cooked them down and came up with a few dishes. Cheers!
