Steak quesadillas recipe
Servings: 5-6 medium size quesadillas

1 .5 lbs beef skirt steak
2 TBSP olive oil

Steak seasoning
1tsp galic powder
1 tsp onion ground
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ancho chiles, powder
1/2 tsp cumin, ground
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
Black pepper to taste

Veggies
2-3 ea bell peppers (generous do 3 peppers)
1 ea white onion, medium
1/2 tsp kosher salt

Taco vibes
1/2 white onion, medium
1/4 bunch of cilantro

8-10 Flour or corn tortillas or corn tortillas
24 oz mozzarella cheese- depends on how much you like to add.
Cooking spray

Toppings
Lettuce, shredded with tomatoes
Salsa
Mexican style cream or sour cream
Pickled onions
Avocado
Tomatoes
Queso fresco

Internal temperature for doness (meat)
Rare 125ºF
Medium rare 135ºF
Medium 145ºF
Medium well 150ºF
Well done 160ºF
