We kept the pigs in the pen for 3 months and fed them with KARGADO feeds.

- Cost of Piglets (2K/head): 20,000.00
- Labor (3K/month): 9,000.00
- Other Expenses: 2,000.00
- Pig Pen (installment) 3,000.00

TOTAL EXPENSES: PhP 63,765.00

The total cost of the pig pens and the septic tanks cum biogas digester is 25,000 pesos but since it is payable for 3

years, we only get 3,000 as an installment and the remaining cost will be deducted on the next batches of the fattening
pigs.

INDIVIDUAL WEIGHT
- 5 older pigs: 71+79+78+80+82=390, the average is 78Kg.
- 5 younger pigs:65+66+62+62+64=319, the average is 64Kg.

The 5 pigs were 2 weeks young than the other but we only mix them in one pen, and we sell them altogether at the same time due to the problem of water supply in our place because of the dry spell. Another reason is that we also had an urgent need for cash.
