A project 1 year in the making!
I woke up one day and thought "what if... you make Pho purely out of #wagyu"?
That is, I use Wagyu bones and marrow for the broth, the brisket is wagyu, the slices are from wagyu short ribs.
Needless to say, this is a culinary experience!
100% would do again!
