In South Korea, this caramel buttercream sandwich cookie has become very popular recently. I just had to make one for myself to eat! Icing sugar 100g
Pinch of salt
1 Egg 50g
Vanilla extract 3g
Almond powder 60g (*In the video, I wrote 30g by mistake. Sorry!)
All purpose flour 270g

Bake at 350F for about 15 min
(Time depends on your oven and thickness of your cookies)

Salted caramel filling
Heavy cream 35% 135g
Unsalted butter 35g
Honey 15g
Corn syrup 15g
Sugar 150g
Milk chocolate 30
Salt 3g

Condensed milk buttercream
Unsalted butter 200g
Sweetened Condensed Milk 120g
