100g - Chana dal
100g - Toor dal.
1/4tsp - Turmeric powder

300g - Mutton
2 - Medium size onion ( chopped )
2 - Medium size tomato ( chopped )
2 - Bay leaf
3 - Green chilli
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
1tsp - Coriander powder
1tsp - Red chilli powder
1/4tsp - Turmeric powder
2tsp - Gingergarlic paste
2 - Cinnmaon stick
3 - Green cardamom
5 - Cloves
1 - Big lemon size tamarind ( imli )
2 - Medium size potato
2 - Brinjal ( baingan )
100g - Bottle gourd ( dudhi )
100g - Elephant foot yam ( suran )
60ml - Peanut oil ( moongaphalee oil )
600ml - Water
Salt to taste
