Young Workers are the most vulnerable workers in Victoria. They need to speak up more if they don't understand safety procedures. Supervisors need to make sure they are working safely. This story takes place in a restaurant kitchen, and is a graphic example of the risks involved with young people not speaking up. It doesn't hurt to speak up.
