So I have seen a lot of these videos when they talk about how much money you should have saved by age. But really that doesn’t matter, because you could have 100k saved up by 30 but owe 200k, which then means your net worth is still -100k.

1. Here is the Average Networth by age
- Now there is only on the problem when calculating the average and its that is not accurate for this, so we will be using the median instead.

In your 20s: Tommy Bryson 23
- You should be worth around $8,971.58 ( meaning you saved $74 month for 10 years)
- I'm 23 and is worth around $247k
- And around age 19 I had around 10k

How?:
- Income: of a minimum of $48k – 60k ( you can get this with a trade job, masters degree or bachelor's degree) – no minimum wage it sucks.
- Saving: instead of saving $74 a month, save 50-30% of your income, that’s around 30k every before tax from your 60k salary: but don’t just save it invest it into index funds with acorns: 10 years of 30k at an 8% return: = $469k by 30
- Debt: if you're in your 20s, just rent and don’t get into debt, and what debt you have to pay it off.
- Goal: My goal is 48k in passive income before 30.

In your 30s: Graham Stephan
- You’re supposed to be worth $40,666.52 ( 20 years of saving $169/Per month)
- But graham Stephan who just hit 30 is worth around 6.5M

How:
Investing: if you keep investing that 30k per year for 20 years that’s 1.4M
Appreciation: On his properties, he owns around 6 properties, that have appreciated in value, and also pay themselves and give him a profit
High Income: He also has a very high income of around 200-300k per month

But: although you might not be able to get that high income, you can still buy properties with that 30k for investment and have appreciation take place. ( just a different way to get the same results)

In your 40s: My Uncle 45
- You’re supposed to be worth around 105,717.43 ( that’s 293 saved per month for 30 years)
- But my uncle at age 45 is worth around 15-20M
- But keep in mind his in a 3rd world country and started working at around age 15 I think and hasn’t stopped since

How?:
- The compound effect of working for 30 years and reinvesting everything you have
- Real estate: instead of buying, he acts as a loan provider with real estate as collateral, meaning if they don’t pay he keeps it
- He has Business: he has a small chain of supermarkets, but on the back end large connections to full very large orders at a discount and he tries to always have the lower price. ( that’s what sam Walton did the owner of Walmart)

Tip: 30 years of investing that 30k turns into $3.6M

in your 50s: Dave Ramsey 59
- You're supposed around 168k ( that’s 350 per month for 40 years)
- But Dave Ramsey is worth around 200M
- With according to him 0 debt

How?
Compound Interest: 40 years of managing your money correctly is a lot of money in the end: just by investing you would have: 8.3M
High Income: He Radio Show, Youtube show, Tv show, Author, and also sell a ton of courses: a very loyal fan base
Real Estate: his used a lot of the money to buy real estate in cash according to him, and let all of that appreciate and pay him to rent

The only thing is: this form of investing takes a lot of time, because you’re not leveraging.

In your 60s: Mark Cuban 62
- The average is 209k but I'm sure you don’t really care about average anymore
- Mark Cuban is worth 4.2Billion

Instructions:
- The job you work is very important
- Don’t get into massive debt
- Invest 50% of salary
