I have nothing but love for Wim Hoff and everything he does!

Wim Hoff is an amazing person who has helped countless others! I've personally benefitted greatly cold plunging and his breathework.

A few months ago though I heard that many people online have said that they believe Wim Hoff breathework causes ringing in their ears (tinnitus) that shows no signs of going away (some said it seems "permanent").

At the time I was doing WH breathework daily but since then I slowed down to only occasionally doing it due to the risk. I DJed for many years so I'm at risk of tinnitus and don't want to exacerbate it!

I hope there is a way to make WH breathework 100% safe but even the science of tinnitus isn't well worked out.
