This creamy, dreamy and homemade potato milk is easy to make and may replace other plant based milk. How to Potato milk is something that you should try if you are looking for a milk alternative. It is dairy, gluten and soy free and is packed with fiber.

Ingredients:

This recipe make about 1/2 gallon or 2 liters. Ifyou are interested in making less or more, adjust this recipe accordingly

1lb (1/2 kg) potato
6 cups (1400ml) water
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 Tbsp honey
1/4 cup (36 g) almonds
1/2 tsp salt
