White Pomona fish
For fish masala
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp yellow mustard seeds
½ tsp Sichuan peppercorn
Boil 2 tomatoes
Some dried chilies
Blend the masala together with garlic cloves
Blend the boiled tomatoes and dried chilies
Heat 2 tbsp mustard oil
1 tsp panchforan or mustard seeds
2 bay leaves
Add finely chopped onion
Add turmeric powder
Add the masala we made earlier
Add boiled tomato and dried chilies paste
Salt as per the taste
Add water as you required
Add fish
Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes
Add chopped cilantro
½ lime juice
