स्पेशल पकोड़ा कड़ी | Pakoda Kadhi Recipe | Kadhi Pakoda Recipe In Hindi | Kadi Recipe | Indian Recipes
Ingredients For Kadhi Pakoda Recipe -
For Kadhi Batter:
1 1/2 Cup Curd thick
3 Tbsp GramFlour / ChickpeaFlour
Whisk very well to mix ChickpeaFlour and Curd till smooth and no lumps
1 1/2 Cups Water
Now mix water and above batter very well and kadhi batter should be smooth and very thin.
For Kadhi Masala:
2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
1 Tbsp Pure Clarified Butter
1 Tsp Black Cumin Seeds
1 Tsp Whole Coriander Seeds
1 Tsp Fenugreek Seeds
lots of green fresh Curry Leaves ( around 20)
1 Tsp Grated fresh Ginger
Now cook the above masala for 1 min.
take a cup
1/4 cup Water
1 Tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 Tsp Dry Roasted Fenugreek leaf Powder
mix the above masala well in water or you can soak it well in advance even before u start preparing for kadi for better outcome.
Now add this water soaked masala in oil mixture and cook on high heat till oil floats on the surface.
Also add
3 light colour Green Chillies finely chopped
1/4th Cup Fresh Coriander/Cilantro leaves finely chopped
After you see oil floating on the surface of masala add Kadhi Batter. Stir Kadhi Batter well to mix it nicely with masala. And now cover and cook it on slow flame for around 30 mins.
Now add salt 1 tsp in the last only for perfect Kadhi Pakoda.
For Pakoda
1 cup Chickpea Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4th tsp Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder
1/4 tsp Carrom Seeds
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/4th Cup Water
Mix everything well
and tip here is mix this Pakoda Batter thouroughly for 5 mins for Balloon like Soft and Pluffy Pakoda. And keep the consistency of Pakoda thin and flowing.Your Pakoda will be definetely soft if you follow this method. I Did not add hot Oil if you wish u can but not required.
Lets fry Pakoda for Kadhi
Oil for deep frying 1/2 litre
take spoon full Pakoda Batter and pour it with the help of your hand in hot oil. and fry evenly by continious stirring.
Now add Pakoda in Hot Boiling Kadhi and Switch off the Flame.
Add Tadka.
For Kadi Tadka
2 Tbsp Pure Clarified Butter
1 Tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Tsp Dry Fenugreek Powder
1 Tsp Fresh Coriander Leaves.

कढ़ी पकोड़े के लिए सामग्री -
कढ़ी के घोल के लिए
1 1/2 कप दही
3 बड़े चम्मच बेसन
बेसन और दही को अच्छे से मिक्स करने के लिए खूब फेंटें
1 1/2 कप पानी
अब पानी और ऊपर के बैटर को बहुत अच्छी तरह से मिलाएं और कढ़ी बैटर बहुत पतला होना चाहिए।
कढ़ी मसाला के लिए:
2 बड़े चम्मच खाला वाला तेल
1 बड़ा चम्मच शुद्ध घी
1 चम्मच शाह जीरा
1 चम्मच साबुत धनिया के बीज
1 चम्मच मेथी के बीज
हरी ताजी मीठी नीम पत्तियां (लगभग 20)
1 चम्मच ताजा अदरक कटा हुआ
अब उपरोक्त मसाला को 1 मिनट तक पकाएं।
एक कप लो
1/4 कप पानी
1 चम्मच कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1 चम्मच धनिया पाउडर
1/2 छोटा चम्मच सूखी भुनी कसूरी मेथी पाउडर
उपरोक्त मसाले को पानी में अच्छी तरह मिलाएं या फिर आप पहले से अच्छी तरह से भिगो दें, ताकि बेहतर परिणाम के लिए आप कढ़ी की तैयारी शुरू कर सकें।
अब इस पानी को तेल के मिश्रण में
