A low water play on the bottom rapid at Mile End Mill on the Afon Dyfrdwy (River Dee) at Llangollen.
Looking at various ways of running the same rapid. From a very simple straight run to ones hitting a variety of eddies.

For those that notice such things I have a large NRS throw bag on the back airbag of the blue canoe. It is attached via a tape to the rear of the canoe. In the event of a capsize I grab the rope from the top of the bag, swim for the shore leaving the bag still attached to the canoe and then if I get to a suitable spot, swing and pull the canoe in. This is covered in my book and will be the subject of a later video.
Many thanks to my partner Lina Patel, for the bank side filming and ideas for this video.
