Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Prime Minister Ralph Gonsalves arrived in Taiwan on Aug. 7 and was given a hearty welcome by President Tsai Ing-wen. Gonsalves said he does not support big countries threatening small countries in any way and all international disputes should be settled peacefully and civilly.
正值兩岸情勢緊張之際，聖文森及格瑞那丁總理龔薩福昨天抵台訪問，今天總統蔡英文代表我國以軍禮歡迎。龔薩福表示，不支持大國以任何方式去威脅小國，國際當中有任何歧見，應該要用和平文明的方式解決。
