For Salad
Red cabbage ~1 cup
White cabbage 1/4 cup
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup cucumber
1 small size onion
Handful of boiled peas
Handful of coriander leaves for garnish
Salted peanuts

For Peanut Butter Dressing
1 tablespoon peanut butter
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp lime juice
Thinly sliced fresh ginger
