Bongo cat keyboard build featuring Mini Cat 64 from Epomaker /ᐠ｡ꞈ｡ᐟ\
Epomaker released a new version of their acrylic Mini Cat keyboard! This holographic case version looks super stunning and makes the vibrant rgb pop even more 🌈✨
This kit was really easy to put together and I actually didn’t open it up at all or add any more mods/layers to it. I did a tape mod with my previous Mini Cat keeb, but honestly the sound isn’t its strong point - it’s definitely more of an aesthetic build. I did a simple lube job with the included plate-mounted stabs, and whilst they don’t rattle, they’re really not all that good. The stabs feel kinda sluggish, especially the spacebar is really weird. I was pretty happy with the KTT strawberries though, and KTT switches are still one of my favorites to use when I need something budget and ready to put into my build without lubing. It’s a super cute build but I’ll probably try out some mods on it soon!
